Job Description WBO:WBSU-Head - WBSU INTERNAL USAGE: No. of Vacancies: Reports to: CBO - Head Is a Team leader Y Team Size: 20 Grade: VP - SVP Business: Corporate Center Department: Wholesale Banking Operations Sub-Department: WBO - CBO Location: About Wholesale Banking Operations Wholesale Banking Operations manages the entire life cycle of the Wholesale Banking customers, it also caters to the various other requirement of non-retail borrowed accounts under Wholesale banking. The department is responsible for smooth functioning of all the Commercial Banking Operations units and ensure utmost customer (internal & external) satisfaction. They are also responsible for ensuring timely delivery, monitoring the health of the credit portfolio, prompt reporting of irregularities/ adversities noticed and co-ordination in recovery/ legal proceedings AbouttheRole CCMC Head leading a team of Officials in the cadre of AM to DVP is overall incharge of a Corporate Credit Mangement Centre (CCMC), which are located in metro cities. CCMCs handles the requirement of non-retail borrowal accounts under CRG & SME Segment during their entire life cycle parked at various branches spread across the country (which are not tagged to CBBs/CCSUs) through distance handling mechanism (DHM) as also control the Corporate Credit Service Units (CCSUs) who are based out of tier II towns (with a staff strength of 2-4 officials in each CCSU). CCMC Head is responsible for the smooth functioning of a CCMC and ensuring utmost customer (internal & external) satisfaction as also the efficient functioning of their mapped CCSU. He is responsible for ensuring timely delivery, monitoring the health of the credit portfolio, prompt reporting of irregularities/ adversities noticed and co-ordination in recovery/ legal proceedings also. Key Responsibilities Overall supervision of the Corporate Credit Management Centre. Responsible for the smooth functioning of a CCMC Leading a team of Credit monitoring officials and Credit Delivery officials reporting in to the Head Credit Maintaining highest level of customer service (both internal and external customers). Liasioning with Business teams (CBG, WBCG) 6. Responsible for effective functioning of the CBO Operating unit by ensuring timely disbursement and customer service Responsible for pending security creation Responsible for efficient functioning of the mapped CCSUs (Credit Delivery & Monitoring function of CCSUs also) Monitoring activities of the mapped CCSU Overall responsible for various activities carried out as under by - CCSU Service Relationship Managers in the cadre of Senior Manager to DVP who directly report to CCMC Head - Credit Delivery Officials and Credit Monitoring Officials in the cadre of AM to AVP who reports to Head Credit Delivery/ Head Credit Monitoring (DVP/AVP) who in turn reports to CCMC Head Obtention of Stock Statements, Insurance Policies, ABS, FFR, Stock Audit Reports, LIE/Project Progress Report Undertaking analysis of ABS, FFR, Stock Audit Reports, LIE/Project Progress Report analysis/reviews Conduct of unit inspection Act as an interface to the client and ensure efficient customer service (for CCSUs) Interact with the Borrower to obtain pre-requisites for disbursement and ensure timely disbursement (for CCSUs) Follow up for perfection of security Undertaking analysis of ABS, FFR, Stock Audit Reports, LIE/Project Progress Report analysis/reviews Monitoring and tracking of high value transactions in the accounts Monitor transactions in ESCROW/TRA account. Recovery of interest and instalments on due dates. Recovery of penal interest. Maintaining records for unit & collateral inspections and triggering list of inspections due. Track receipt of due diligence reports. Trigger stock audit, revaluation Handle ECGC: Pay premium to ECGC at monthly intervals and intimate renewal to ECGC Recovery of charges as per Bank's schedule of charges Process applications received for vendor empanelment Tracking Export Order for packing credit disbursement Stressed Assets Management and handling of income reversal transactions Scrutiny of Sanction and preparation of Facility/Mortgage documentsIncase of take over, seek credit opinion report from transferror bank Scrutiny of Executed Documents and Security creation Ensuring compliance of sanction covenants Provide documentation certificate and KYC confirmation to OCL loans for opening of accounts In case of multiple/consortium banking, Co-ordinate with other lenders for issuance of Pari-Passu/NOCs Arrange to file charge with Registrar of Companies, obtain confirmation, conduct search post filing of charge, obtain the report for records Compliance of pre disbursement covenants Recovery of fees as stipulated in sanction and as per Bank's schedule of charges Accord credit approval for TF transactions Effecting disbursement Prepare AOD on renewal of limits and get executed through SRM and keep executed AODs in safe custody Finacle updation at various stages Handle credit/concurrent audit and arrange for compliance of adverse observation Conduct legal audit and prevent income leakage. TAT Maintenance & Adherence to SLA Limit Node Maintenance & ROI Updation Graduation/ Post-Graduation from a recognized institute 12-15 years in a relevant role Role Proficiencies: For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following: Knowledge of banking products and services Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and norms Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language Ability to manage complex client situations Ability to manage risk and uncertainty for self and team within a dynamic priority-setting environment Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
