Job Description Job Title: Salesforce Developer Location Remote Shift 3 PM to 11 PM IST Full Time position with TribolaTech Imp. - Require Salesforce Developer Certification and minimum 2 year of Java or C# and web application development experience Job description : A Salesforce developer is required to join the team responsible for development, management and support of in-house Salesforce based applications. You will have responsibility for the development of web applications, web services, and database queries using the Force.com suite of tools (Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce) to extend Salesforce in order to support business requirements. You will collaborate with team members around the world to understand business requirements and design specifications and develop and unit test code accordingly. Qualifications and work experience - Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related discipline - 5+ years Force.com development experience with a strong focus on Apex development - Relevant Salesforce Developer Certifications - 2+ years of Java or C# and web application development experience Essential core skills & requirements - Salesforce Administration (security, profiles, permission sets, roles) - Declarative Development (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules) - Experience Cloud (Digital Experience sites) - Lightning Web Components (LWC) - Apex Development (triggers, classes, batch jobs, schedulable Apex, test classes) - Strong SQL knowledge Additional Preferred Technical requirements - Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, Platform Events) - DevOps/Deployment (Git, Copado, DevOps Center) - Automation & Data (batch optimization, asynchronous processing) Additional skills and requirements - Attend daily stand-up call held in the morning (US time zone) - Deep analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple requests from various directions - Experienced in Agile methodologies, SCRUM, and complete life-cycle development process - Experience and familiarity with source control management tools and team collaboration tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jira - Assist with release cycles to implement and deploy updates to existing applications and code - Estimate the work and provide delivery timeline - Support of integration and user acceptance testing - Application support and incident resolution - Staying on top of new technology trends, languages, and opportunities. - Frequent communication on progress of projects, initiatives, challenges, and successes
