Manager – Operations (Pumped Storage Projects)

📍 Location: Mumbai | 🕒 Experience: 7–10 Years | 🎓 Education: B.Tech/M.Tech (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil)

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a results-driven Operations Manager with expertise in Pumped Energy Storage Systems to lead end-to-end project execution, from feasibility to final delivery, in the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for smooth project execution
- Manage techno-commercial activities: Feasibility Studies, DPR, TDD, LIE, Design Reviews, etc.
- Oversee site inspections, performance evaluations, and report generation
- Ensure timely project delivery with quality control and regulatory compliance
- Work closely with project engineers, consultants, and external experts

What You Bring:

- 5+ years in renewable energy (Hydro/Energy Storage), including 2–3 years in Pumped Storage Projects
- Strong technical knowledge and experience with design tools and calculations
- Excellent communication and team coordination skills
