Fractionation Operator - Vanaspati Location Kandla Experience 3 to 6 years in edible oil or vanaspati fractionation Qualification ITI Diploma or Graduate in relevant field Salary 42000 -per month Up to Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor fractionation plant for vanaspati and edible oil Monitor chilling crystallization filtration and temperature control as per process standards Execute fractionation parameters including cooling curve flow rate slurry handling and filtration cycle Handle crystallizers plate filters and filtration skid during shift Maintain tank farm transfer pre-cooling and product separation activities Coordinate with QC for sampling IV slip melting point cloud point and product specifications Record shift log including temperature readings utility usage filtration time and yield loss Monitor dosage of additives and ensure correct filtration media consumption Coordinate with maintenance team for breakdown and preventive maintenance Support deodorization and neutralization teams if required during shift Follow GMP food safety and hygiene requirements as per FSSAI and ISO norms Ensure product clarity moisture limit filter cake handling and proper disposal method Shift handover preparation with accurate recorded parameters and product quality notes Skills Required Practical experience in vanaspati or edible oil fractionation process Knowledge of freezing crystallization curve and separation techniques Ability to operate filtration press chilling system and PLC-based controls Basic knowledge of QC parameters such as IV melting point clarity and moisture Understanding of HACCP ISO 22000 and food handling standards Shift handling and manpower supervision skills Key Competencies Process discipline Focus on hygiene and food safety Troubleshooting capability Accurate reporting and documentation Working Hours Rotational shift Additional support on shutdown breakdown or product changeover days cont 9904582301 6358812301 email id resume theactivegroup in Job Type Full-time Pay 32 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Work Location In person
