Job Description Job Title: Account Director PR Location: Mumbai (Onsite) Experience: 7+ years in PR We're looking for a seasoned PR leader who can not only manage multiple accounts but also inspire and guide teams to deliver impactful campaigns. With proven leadership skills and the ability to shape strong media-first narratives, you'll play a central role in driving visibility and reputation for clients across sectors. Key Responsibilities - Lead PR strategy and execution across multiple client accounts simultaneously. - Act as the senior client partner, ensuring alignment, trust, and delivery of measurable results. - Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, and media stakeholders across business, tech, fintech, and real estate. - Guide and oversee teams of executives and managers, from brainstorming to execution. - Drive consistent - Contribute to new business development, pitches, proposals, and expanding existing accounts. What We're Looking For - 7+ years in PR, with strong agency experience. - Track record of handling multiple accounts across sectors (fintech, real estate, corporate, startup ecosystem). - Proven media relationships with business, finance, and startup journalists. - Strong editorial instincts, knows what makes a story land. - Leadership experience, mentoring teams, ensuring quality control, and driving results. - A proactive mindset, resourceful, solution-oriented, and forward-thinking.
