POSITION Sr Planning EngineerDEPARTMENT PlanningREPORTING TO VPDIRECT REPORTS VPLOCATION BangaloreOur goal at LAMBSROCK is to provide unparalleled service to every client setting the benchmark within our industry as a Senior Planning Engineer of Project Management you ll be at the forefront of our mission planning and guiding our management teams to deliver exceptional results If you re passionate about driving impactful change fostering client satisfaction and leading high-performing teams this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in the world of project management consultancy Your role will be pivotal in establishing LAMBSROCK as an industry frontrunner committed to delivering unparalleled service and value to our clients while fostering a culture of continuous growth and innovation throughout the organization Position PurposeThe Senior Planning Engineer is responsible for developing implementing and maintaining project schedules and plans ensuring that projects are completed on time within scope and on budget This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders monitoring project progress and providing analytical support to project teams The Senior Planning Engineer plays a key role in the risk management resource allocation and decision-making processes The senior planning engineer shall work with client in their upcoming hotel projects Principal duties include the development of P6 Schedule establish Planning and Scheduling Standards for projects support Dashboard team for integration of P6 Microsoft Projects and Power BI Qualifications and Experience xc2 xb7 A Bachelor s masters degree in engineering or a related field xc2 xb7 A valid engineering license xc2 xb7 12 years with 6 years of hospitality experience xc2 xb7 Excellent computer literacy and knowledge of design and visualization software xc2 xb7 Proficiency in planning software such as Primavera P6 MS Project and other equivalent xc2 xb7 Excellent project management and presentation skills xc2 xb7 Excellent organizational time management analytical and problem-solving skills xc2 xb7 Strong written and verbal communication skills xc2 xb7 Knowledge of applicable codes policies standards and best practices xc2 xb7 Experience with PMC Duties Responsibilities xc2 xb7 Develop maintain and refine the project s master schedule incorporating all project phases milestones and key activities xc2 xb7 Support the Tendering team in preparing the Schedule for the Tender project xc2 xb7 Prepare narrative and Critical Path analysis for Schedule xc2 xb7 Establish the Work Breakdown Structure WBS to successfully plan and deliver a measured breakdown of Project components progress measurement budgeting and reporting xc2 xb7 Collaborate closely with project team engineers contractors and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive integration of individual schedules into the overarching project timeline xc2 xb7 Proactively identify potential scheduling risks and work with the project team to devise mitigation strategies xc2 xb7 Regularly review and monitor project progress against the master schedule making necessary adjustments to keep the project on track xc2 xb7 Provide timely and accurate progress reports to senior management highlighting any deviations from the plan and suggesting corrective actions xc2 xb7 Ensure efficient allocation and sequencing of resources including manpower equipment and materials in line with the project s luxury standards xc2 xb7 Serve as the primary point of contact for all planning and scheduling queries ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed of project timelines xc2 xb7 Stay updated with the latest planning tools techniques and best practices to ensure the project planning approach remains cutting-edge xc2 xb7 Mentor guide and lead the planning team fostering a culture of precision and forward-thinking xc2 xb7 Monitor critical project milestones ensuring timely completion and alignment with the broader project timeline xc2 xb7 Prepare Planning related Plans and Procedures xc2 xb7 Cost Controlling What We Offer - Competitive salary and benefits package- Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement- A collaborative and dynamic work environment- Involvement in high-profile and diverse projects- Ongoing training and development programsLAMBSROCK is an equal opportunity employer We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees
