Key Responsibilities:

Develop, manage, and optimize comprehensive performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads, TikTok Ads, and YouTube Video Ads.

Conduct thorough A/B testing to improve campaign performance and conversion rates.

Analyze campaign performance data and generate actionable insights to enhance advertising strategies.

Maintain and track marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

Collaborate closely with the Canadian team to align marketing strategies and objectives.

Organize and structure our Google Ads account from the ground up, establishing best practices.

Create multi-level marketing campaigns tailored to target markets, focusing on the customer journey

Top Skills Required:

Expertise in managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads, TikTok Ads, and YouTube Video Ads.

Strong reporting and data analysis skills with a focus on performance metrics.

Experience in conducting A/B testing and optimizing campaigns based on results.

Proficiency in managing and tracking marketing budgets.

Good to Have Skills:

Familiarity with AI tools to streamline workflow, report generation, and data analysis.

Experience in branding campaigns.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in paid advertising.

Certifications related to Google Ads and Facebook Ads are a plus.

Preferred Industries:

Experience in finance, startups, product-based companies, and established marketing agencies.

We prefer candidates with a focus on North American markets.
