Your Role

As anEmbedded Software Engineerat Capgemini, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing embedded systems software for cutting-edge technology solutions. You will work on real-time systems, leveraging your expertise in C/C++, Python, and Linux environments.

In this role, you will:

- Develop and maintain embedded software usingC/C++ (mandatory)andPython.
- Work inLinux-based environments, focusing on system-level programming and integration.
- Performunit testingand validation of embedded software components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and architecture.
- UseMatLab/Simulinkfor modeling, simulation, and code generation where applicable.
- Optimize performance and reliability of embedded systems across various platforms.

Your Profile

- Strong hands-on experience inembedded software developmentusingC/C++andPython.
- Proficiency inLinux system programming, including kernel modules, device drivers, and shell scripting.
- Experience withunit testing frameworksand debugging tools for embedded systems.
- Familiarity withMatLab/Simulinkfor simulation and model-based design.
- Understanding of real-time operating systems (RTOS), microcontrollers, and hardware-software integration.
