the work force The Role Over the past few years the Client Services team has expanded its automation capabilities through RPA bots As an Automation Expert you will be empowered to drive a portfolio of automation projects that will deliver business results You will be working for the Market Intelligence division but empowered to work with the centralised Data Transformation organization and will be Preferred Qualification Experience on RPA automation Blue Prism UiPath Power Automate etc Ability to lead projects from defining project scope ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards managing deadlines and prioritizing tasks Experience in identifying potential project risks and developing mitigation strategies Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot issues and develop effective solutions Experience in managing relationships with project stakeholders and ensuring their requirements are met Experience in visualization tools such as is beneficial but not a necessity Background in Client Services understanding Client Services workflows preferred Excellent presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with senior executives IT Management and developers A desire to work in a fast-paced and challenging work environment Ability to work in a cross functional multi geographic teams displaying cultural sensitivity and championing diversity inclusion About S P
