It is a fully Integrated business of 150 KTPA Ferro-Chrome production capacity with 1.65 MTPA ROM Production along with 6 Own Mines and a 100 MW Power Plant. With 4X growth vision for Ferro Chrome production operating both at open cast and underground mines and 1.5 MTPA Capacity Chrome Ore Beneficiation Plant, the Organization provides exciting growth prospects for aspiring young leaders and high potentials to take up Significant Leadership roles. Experience: Minimum 7-8 years of working experience in underground metal mining operations, preferably in chrome ore mines. Qualification: B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering The Successful Candidate: - Should impart duties as described in MMR 1961. - Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance of machinery and equipment. - Diagnose and troubleshoot of mechanical failures and implement corrective actions. - Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of equipment specifications, maintenance logs, and operational procedures. - Generate reports on equipment performance, maintenance activities. - Ensure all underground machineries comply with safety regulations as per DGMS standards. - Conduct risk assessments and develop safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries. - Stay updated with DGMS standards and regulatory changes to maintain compliance. - Work closely with the MDO partner to ensure seamless operations. - Provide technical support and training to operators and maintenance personnel. - Must have experience of working with govt. statutory bodies to obtain equipment permissions meant for underground operations.
