Role Overview

As a Marketing Intern, you&aposll play a crucial role in defining our brand presence and executing

performance marketing campaigns. Ideal for someone with a strategic, analytical, and creative

mindset, this paid internship offers hands-on experience across digital marketing, branding,

advertising, CRM, and analytics in a dynamic startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement branding strategies and creative content across digital platforms

Plan, launch, and optimize ad campaigns (e.g., social ads, Google Ads) with

performance tracking

Manage and grow social media through content planning, scheduling, and community

engagement

Monitor and analyze marketing metricsCTR, CPM, conversion rates, ROI, etc.

Oversee CRM operations, email marketing, and customer journey automation

Conduct market and competitor research to inform strategy and campaign direction

Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling marketing assets (social

posts, presentations, newsletters)

Maintain and update marketing databases, reports, and creative repositories

What We&aposre Looking For

Relevant marketing experience (including internships, freelance, or projects)

Hands-on skills in performance marketing tools (Google Ads, FB Ads Manager),

analytics platforms, and CRM systems

Analytical mindset with a strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs

Creativity in content ideation and visual storytelling

Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail

Self-starter mentality, comfortable in fast-paced environments

Passion for sustainability and purpose-driven marketing
