Job Description

TribeVibe Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is a BookMyShow Enterprise established in 2019 that aims to revolutionize the college festival scene. College festivals are an integral part of a student's life as it gives them a chance to witness and be a part of something more than everyday classroom work. Currently the college festivals need avenues to support them with regards to various aspects that are involved on making any event a successful right from the planning stages, to the execution and the post event activities.

TribeVibe with the combined experience of over 500+ events and with expertise ranging from artist bookings, data management, ticketing, brand tie ups, production to the overall management & execution of events, intend to be the one-stop solution for these festivals and deliver creative and insightful methods to shape these festivals.

Your Profile

Branded Content

1. Create brand pitch or event sponsorship
2. Create Branded Content + Sales decks to elaborate value propositions to brands

Client Servicing

1. Ideate event integration opportunities to address brand objectives
2. Ensure delivery & execution of commitments pre-event, post-event & during the event
3. Create post-event report and analysis

Research

1. Research on brands across industries to widen knowledge and understanding of brand positioning & ethos
2. Research on events to optimize solutions to brands

Your Checklist

1. 6 months to 3 years of experience in Brand Solutions
2. High proficiency in written and verbal communication
3. Candidate will be a multi-tasker, street smart and a responsible decision maker in exceptional circumstances
4. Must be enthusiastic, conscientious and a very strong communicator, thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
