Job Description Office Location: H-421, Swagat Twin City High Street, Sargasan, Gandhinagar, Gujarat 382421 Location: Onsite Contract Type: Freelance/Contract Duration: Project-Based, Ongoing Role Description: As a UI Designer, you will be responsible for designing visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces for our digital products. You will collaborate closely with project managers, and developers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of design principles, and the ability to translate complex ideas into elegant, functional designs. Responsibilities: - Create high-fidelity UI designs, wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups for web and mobile applications. - Collaborate with the project manager to ensure a seamless user experience that aligns with user needs and business goals. - Design consistent, intuitive, and attractive interfaces that adhere to brand guidelines and industry best practices. - Work closely with developers to ensure design fidelity throughout the development process. - Conduct design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and iterate based on team and user feedback. - Stay up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies, and bring innovative ideas to the table. - Contribute to the development and maintenance of a design system to ensure consistency across all products. Requirements: - Proven experience as a UI Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing UI designs for web and mobile applications. - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. - Strong understanding of UI principles, including typography, color theory, layout, and responsive design. - Experience working within Agile/Scrum teams is a plus. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment. - Detail-oriented, with a passion for creating polished, pixel-perfect designs. - Self-motivated and capable of managing time and tasks effectively in a remote work setting.
