Shift: Night Shift (Primary) | Open to Day Shift

Salary: 15,000/- In-hand

Qualification: Minimum +3 Degree with 75% or above

Job Summary:

We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic freshers to join our team as US Recruiters. This role offers an exciting opportunity to learn and grow in the recruitment industry by working on end-to-end hiring processes for clients based in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and screen resumes from job portals, social media, and internal databases.
- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-ups throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills:

- Strong communication skills in English (written & verbal).
- Ability to work in night shifts.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet research.
- Quick learner with a proactive approach.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
