Experience 2 to 3 Yrs overall 5 years Openings 3 Work Mode C2H In office or Permanent Location Mumbai Pune Shift Timings 11 30 AM to 8 30 PM We are seeking a highly skilled SAP ABAP Consultant with 2-3 years of experience including expertise in S 4HANA RISE or GROW environments The ideal candidate will have worked on 1-2 end-to-end implementations and 2-3 support projects with the ability to lead a team of developers and coordinate with functional and technical teams Key Responsibilities Design develop and enhance custom programs reports interfaces conversions and forms RICEFW in SAP S 4HANA Lead ABAP development tasks during full lifecycle implementations and support projects Collaborate with functional consultants SD MM FI PP to translate requirements into technical specifications Perform code reviews enforce quality standards and guide junior team members Work on performance tuning debugging and troubleshooting of custom developments Coordinate with BASIS Fiori and integration teams for deployment and transport activities Manage work allocation ensure timely delivery and maintain project documentation Must-Have Skills Core ABAP - Reports Forms BDC BAPI BADI Enhancements S 4HANA ABAP - CDS Views AMDP OData New Syntax 1-2 Implementations 2-3 Support Projects Task Allocation Code Review Mentoring for Junior SAP Product Knowledge - Strong understanding of SAP architecture modules and integration points Cross-Module Coordination - SD MM FI PP Good to Have Exposure to Fiori UI5 developments and SAP BTP Knowledge of SAP Workflows ALE IDOC and integration scenarios Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps tools SAP Certification in ABAP or S 4HANA Development optional Soft Skills Strong communication and stakeholder management Analytical mindset with attention to detail Ability to manage deadlines and multitask effectively Strong ABAP Development Skills- Reports Smart Forms Adobe Forms Enhancements User Exits BAPIs BADIs ALV BDC RFCs and OData Services S 4HANA Experience- Knowledge of RISE with SAP GROW with SAP projects including CDS views AMDP and modern ABAP practices Implementation Support Experience- Hands-on in 1-2 S 4HANA implementations and 2-3 support projects with strong debugging and issue-resolution capabilities Cross-Functional Collaboration- Ability to work with SD MM FI PP teams and understand end-to-end business processes Team Leadership- Experience in leading small development teams assigning tasks mentoring and reviewing deliverables SAP Product Knowledge - Strong understanding of SAP architecture modules and integration points CPI BTP Education - Qualification Bachelor s degree and or advanced degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field Requirements Questions for HR for initial Screening 1 Do you have experience with on-premise SAP S 4HANA or Rise Grow With SAP S 4HANA Private Cloud implementations 2 Do you have experience with S 4HANA SAP ECC - SAP ABAP 3 Will you able to work independently for the Rise Grow With SAP S 4 HANA project with minimum or no support 4 Will you ready to work on multiple implementation and support project 5 At least 1-2 end-to-end SAP S 4HANA implementation projects 6 2-3 support project experience in SAP environments 7 Strong ABAP Development Skills- Reports Smart Forms Adobe Forms Enhancements User Exits BAPIs BADIs ALV BDC RFCs and OData Services 8 Worked on SAP Product such as CPI BTP SAC
