How You Will Contribute
- Design and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, TeamCity, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with tools like Terraform or Ansible to automate provisioning and configuration.
- Administer and optimize cloud resources on platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security, conducting root cause analysis for production errors.
- Automate operational tasks and software deployments using scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Integrate security practices into the DevOps lifecycle, including automated vulnerability scans and compliance checks.
The Must Haves
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a DevOps engineer or in a similar role.
- Hands-on expertise with major cloud providers like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as TeamCity, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or GitHub Actions.
- Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or Ansible.
- Competence in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Shell for automation.
- Solid understanding of Linux/Unix system administration, networking, and security best practices.
Nice to Haves
- Professional certifications, such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or Certified Kubernetes Administrator.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Git workflows and version control systems.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues efficiently.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability and curiosity to learn new technologies in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
