Position: SEO Growth Lead Location: Chennai (On-site) Employment Type: Full-time | Permanent Department: SEO About Us Elephant in the Boardroom is a global digital agency that partners with international brands to deliver measurable digital growth. We are looking for an experienced SEO & Digital Growth Specialist with 5–7 years of hands-on experience in managing SEO campaigns, optimizing performance, and guiding a small team in Chennai. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve client visibility and traffic. Manage day-to-day SEO operations including keyword research, audits, and reporting. Provide insights and recommendations based on analytics and performance metrics. Support and mentor junior team members on best SEO practices. Coordinate with content, design, and development teams for implementation. Monitor campaign results through GA4, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other tools. Stay informed about the latest SEO updates, trends, and algorithm changes. Requirements 5–7 years of relevant SEO experience (agency experience preferred). Good communication and client interaction skills. Hands-on experience with major SEO tools and analytics platforms. Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and WordPress. Experience working with international clients is an advantage. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. Benefits Competitive pay and growth opportunities.
