UI/UX + Graphic Designer š Location: Trivandrum (On-site) š¼ Experience: Minimum 2+ Years š Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX + Graphic Designer to join our dynamic software team in Trivandrum. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of design aesthetics, usability principles, and experience in creating engaging digital experiences and brand visuals. Key Responsibilities - Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications. - Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups based on project requirements. - Conduct user research and usability testing to refine design decisions. - Collaborate with developers and project managers to ensure design feasibility and consistency. - Create marketing collaterals such as brochures, banners, social media creatives, and infographics. - Maintain brand consistency across all visual and digital materials. - Stay up to date with current design trends, tools, and technologies. - Present design concepts and ideas effectively to stakeholders and clients. Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelorās degree in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or related field. - Minimum 2 years of experience in UI/UX and graphic design. - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects etc. - Strong understanding of UI principles, UX research, and responsive design. - Experience in branding, typography, and color theory. - Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
