Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Visa Consultant role based in Pune. The Visa Consultant will guide and assist clients with visa and immigration-related requirements, evaluate client documents, and ensure timely and accurate submission of applications. The role involves managing a consultative approach to understand client needs, providing expert advice on visa processes, and resolving immigration-related queries while delivering excellent customer service. Qualifications - Expertise in Immigration Issues, Visas, and knowledge of immigration laws and procedures. - Strong skills in Communication and Consulting to effectively understand client needs and provide appropriate advice. - Practical experience in immigration or travel consultancy is an advantage. - Ability to deliver excellent customer service with accuracy and attention to detail. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred. - Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
