Experience- 7-9yrs Position Title- Trainer(Consultant) Duration of the contract- 9 months Department- Training and Knowledge Management Location- Bangalore Job Purpose Responsible for designing, developing, and delivering technical and process related trainings for teams across functions to help in maximizing employee’s productivity. Key Responsibilities : - Able to impart and coordinate technical trainings in Domain related and Process related areas across business units on a regular basis to freshers and laterals - Updating/creating/coordinate new training programs on sectors through continuous education programs and repositories across the locations - Creating/updating new content, assessment, assignments, case study, and quizzes in flex there by improving online modules feedback - Evaluating and provide training feedback to team members on assignments submitted - Coordinate for publishing quarterly training calendars - Maintain MIS data of Trainings conducted - Candidate has to come to office all 5 days Key Competencies - In-depth knowledge about finance, financial modelling, financial statements and able to impart trainings on capital market related domain - 7-9 years of experience - Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines - Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) - Highly motivated and willing to work hard - Should be a team player, enthusiastic, energetic and aggressive - Problem solving and decision-making skills are expected
