Role Overview:

We are seeking a hands-on Lead Full Stack Developer with 7+ years of experience in building scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have expertise in solution and technical architecture, leading projects, and mentoring developers while also being an individual contributor who can own the project end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, architecture, and development of scalable full-stack applications.
- Develop and optimize frontend and backend code, ensuring high performance and maintainability.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in code quality, testing, and security.
- Mentor and guide junior developers while ensuring project timelines and deliverables.
- Collaborate with AI Engineers and Product Teams to integrate AI-driven functionalities.
- Implement modern design patterns to enhance system modularity, scalability, and efficiency.
- Optimize APIs, databases, and caching mechanisms to improve system performance.
- Set up CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies for cloud-based applications.
- Ensure adherence to security best practices, including authentication, authorization, and data protection.

Required Skills & Expertise:

- Frontend Development: React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS. Component-based architecture and state management (Redux, Zustand)
- Backend Development: Node.js, FastAPI, API design, authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT)
- Database Management: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis
- Cloud & DevOps AWS, Azure, or GCP. Supabase for backend services. CI/CD pipelines and basic Docker knowledge. Nginx for reverse proxy setup and performance tuning
- Security & Authentication: OAuth, JWT, Keycloak
- System Architecture & Modern Design Patterns: Microservices Architecture, Event-Driven Architecture. MVC (Model-View-Controller), MVVM (Model-View-ViewModel). Circuit Breaker, CQRS (Command Query Responsibility Segregation). Dependency Injection, Observer Pattern.
- Desirable Skills: Basic knowledge of AI and its integration into web applications. Familiarity with LLMs (Large Language Models) and Prompt Engineering. Experience with Streamlit for rapid AI/ML-based app development.

Required Background:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or Electrical/ECE.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Proven experience in leading projects and technical teams.
