Role Definition
Processes requisitions and provides support for purchasing, supply chain, sourcing, cost, price analyses and contract/purchase order generation.

Responsibilities
. Performing analysis and maintenance of assigned processes that produce output excellence, builds expertise for the assign process area, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
. Supporting customers and customer proposal efforts with pricing information and supplier selection.
. Performing analytical and administrative tasks in support of purchasing strategic initiatives.
. Supporting category buyers & professionals in onboarding suppliers from Logistics & Transportation standpoint.

. Supporting category buyers & professionals in analysing aftermarket demand.

. Support in data gathering, mining, and processing in huge volume support in creating appropriate data models.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, Business)
- Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management
- Knowledge of Caterpillar systems like Lognet, PROCure, ASC, BObj, CICT, DVT, DMCR is plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a global team and with cross-functional departments.
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement initiatives.
- Working experience of Excel, Power BI, Power App, Power Automate, Tableau, VBA and BlueZone scripting
