Always ready with our laptops and a spare set of clothes, we love what we do Know Us More https://www.Instagram.Com/beepexperience Key Functions and Responsibilities - Oversee event operations, including audiovisual and production facilities. - Source vendors and suppliers of the highest grade across India & International. - Develop and implement risk assessment plans, ensuring the safety and security of installations. - Manage and monitor budgets for events. - Conduct post-event budget reconciliations in a cost-effective manner. - Travel onsite for recce and project execution. - Coordinate with relevant departments to obtain necessary licences and permits. - Ensure effective logistics management and inventory control. - Possess extensive knowledge of hotel and group bookings, along with their conference facilities. - Stay updated on the latest technology and conduct market trend research. - Research potential future venues, tech partners for events and conferences.
