About Nap Chief
Nap Chief is a fast-growing D2C kidsā wear brand that makes every childās wardrobe fun, functional, and vibrant š. Weāre looking for a Growth Manager to own sales, marketplaces, and growth initiatives, driving performance across all channels š.
Role & Responsibilities
- šÆ Own weekly, monthly & quarterly sales growth targets (50ā100% scale-ups)
- š Track performance daily/weekly, spot gaps early, and implement corrective actions
- š” Analyze sales, pricing, inventory, and campaign performance
- š Build and maintain growth dashboards for visibility and accountability
- š¤ Coordinate with marketing, ops, design, and finance to execute growth plans
- š Manage external platform POCs and vendors
- š Unlock new growth channels (marketplaces, partnerships, collaborations)
- š Drive marketplace initiatives like ads, placements, merchandising
- š¬ Negotiate discounts, rebates, and commercial terms
- ā” Make quick, high-quality decisions and take accountability for results
- š£ Provide clear updates to founders/leads
Skills & Requirements
- š Experience with D2C sales channels (Shopify, marketplaces, etc.)
- š Growth strategy & funnel building (acquisition ā activation ā retention)
- š Data analysis & forecasting (Excel/SQL)
- š° P&L awareness & revenue modeling
- š¤ Negotiation with partners/vendors
- š§Ŗ Experiment design & rapid testing
- šÆ Goal setting, prioritization & delegation
- š Leadership & motivational skills
- š¼ Business acumen & ownership mindset
- š£ Excellent communication & decisiveness
