Your Role:

- Lead requirement gathering and solution design for SAP IS-U FICA implementations and enhancements.
- Configure FICA components including dunning, payments, clearing, and account determination.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with billing and customer service modules.
- Provide support for testing, training, and post-go-live activities.

Your Profile:

- 6 to 12 years of experience in SAP IS-U with specialization in FICA.
- Strong understanding of utilities business processes and regulatory compliance.
- Hands-on experience in dunning, payment processing, security deposits, and integration with FI/CA.
- Proven success in SAP IS-U implementation, rollout, and support projects.
