Mandatory Skill: S4HANA implementation

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and participate in SAP FICO implementation and support projects.
Configure and customize SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO-OM, CO-PA).
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, PP) during implementations.
Prepare functional specifications and support ABAP developments.
Provide post-go-live support and end-user training.
Ensure timely project delivery with quality standards.
Requirements:
Minimum

7 years

of experience in SAP FICO.
At least

1 full-cycle S/4HANA implementation

experience is mandatory.
Strong understanding of financial processes and business accounting principles.
Hands-on experience with

SAP S/4HANA Finance

(Universal Journal, New Asset Accounting, etc.).
Experience in integration with other SAP modules (SD, MM, PP).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and client-facing skills.
