Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team in the automobile industry. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background in electrical and hydraulic systems, and a solid understanding of utility and molding equipment. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all machinery, performing routine maintenance, and responding to technical issues to minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities

- Technical Maintenance: Apply your expertise in Electrical Circuits and Hydraulic Circuits to troubleshoot and repair machinery. You will also be responsible for Utility Maintenance, including managing Air Compressors, DG Sets, and Transformers.
- PLC & Automation: Utilize your knowledge of PLC Programming to maintain and optimize automated systems on the production line.
- Molding Equipment: Perform all maintenance activities for both Blow Molding and Injection Molding machines.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with audit requirements such as VSA, ISO, and IATF. You will be responsible for maintaining all relevant audit documents.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer, preferably within the automobile or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of Electrical and Hydraulic Circuits.
- Experience with PLC Programming and utility equipment maintenance.
- In-depth knowledge of Blow Molding and Injection Molding machine maintenance.
