Job Description Responsibilities - Responsible for developing and implementing highly scalable customer-facing web sites and applications using latest web technologies - Performs proper analysis of client situation and requirements and develop a detailed brief based on interactions - Develops web solutions to client requirements based on latest web technologies - Expertise in developing both front end and back end solutions including various web development frameworks - Possess detailed knowledge on conceptualizing, wire framing, mock-ups & web design - Skilled in web programming languages and frameworks, website architecture & Content Management Systems, Web Development Process & Project Management - Should focus on User Interface/User Experience Design - Possess excellent analytical skills to understand complex client requirements and then to transform it into technical requirements and to determine the best way to implement the required functionality within existing code base - Should hold expertise in all technical levels of the software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, implementation, and QA - Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions with project management - Candidate must have a strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions and standards - Experience in planning and delivering software platforms used across multiple products and organizational units. - Deep expertise and hands on experience with Web Applications and programming languages such as php & Mysql with any php framework (codeigniter/zend/cake php etc..) - Candidateshould have good insight into building scalable solutions and performance monitoring tools to deliver systems with real-time efficiency - Diligent in seeking opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships - Candidate would require to assist in the facilitation of team and client meetings - Ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly and be self-directed. - Skills/Knowledge required - BE/Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field - Minimum of 2 years experience - Highly skilled at front-end development using HTML5, CSS3, Object Oriented JavaScript, and has knowledge of at least one of the following JavaScript frameworks (Angular JS, Backbone JS, Node JS, etc). - Should hold expertise in open-source software like WordPress, PHP and MySQL. - Knowledge in Magento and PHP frameworks like codeigniter, zend, cake php would be a plus - Strong understanding of HTTP/REST/API architectures - Knowledge of Web APIs (Facebook, Twitter, Google APIs, Instagram) will be an advantage - A persuasive and confident approach to creative projects - Excellent written and oral communication skills
