As the Core team, we have a mandate and a unique opportunity to impact important technical decisions across the company. Responsibilities - Drive all aspects of engineering work including requirements definition, design, implementation, integration, test, release, monitoring, and sustaining. - Develop the technical direction and road-map. Evolve the road-map to meet anticipated future requirements and infrastructure needs. - Oversee systems designs and review product or system development code to solve problems. - Review code developed by other engineers and provide feedback to ensure standard procedures (e.g., style guidelines, checking code in, accuracy, testability, and efficiency). - Define a team structure, develop skills, offer mentorship, and recruit new members, to grow the team. Influence decisions, collaborate with internal and external partners, define and implement the standard procedures.
