Role ResponsibilitiesThe role will include but not limited to the following Responsible for financial analysis modelling validating and tracking of business performance synergy initiatives and outcomes of each conducting robust month end review process providing various analytics and management reports to support the Forecasting Annual Planning Business Analysis and Performance Reporting Strategic Business Planning processes Partnering with Business partners and drive strong relationships across the business and finance teams including Controllers and other Finance teams Act as an integral part of the Finance team promoting consistency and best practice across the team Seek and implement transformation opportunities to improve forecasting processes reporting quality delivery and production efficiency across the team Lead Support other ad-hoc analysis as required Lead Support any other finance projects Skills and Experience Self-starter experienced in working in a matrixed global organisation including direct indirect management of remote teams Excellent communication and people skills ability to openly and confidently converse with Finance and non-Finance senior leaders Strong understanding of data analysis good understanding of data analytical techniques to draw conclusions and optimise financial performance high attention to detail and accuracy while maintaining a view of the big picture and key objectives Extensive experience with financial and management reporting experienced user of Microsoft Excel Extremely organized with ability to multitask and prioritize efforts Proficiency in working effectively and delivering results in a fast-paced complex cross-functional dynamic global business environment Recognised Finance and accountancy qualification ACA ACCA CIMA MBA with over 5 years post qualified experience which includes accounting and business partnering activities budgeting forecasting performance reporting strategy evaluation analysis and insight Knowledge and understanding of ERPs other reporting tools including Power BI Power Query Power tools Power point and MS excel Time-zone overlap with global stakeholders and counterparts as warranted LSEG London Stock Exchange Group is more than a diversified global financial markets infrastructure and data business We are dedicated open-access partners with a commitment to excellence in delivering the services our customers expect from us With extensive experience deep knowledge and worldwide presence across financial markets we enable businesses and economies around the world to fund innovation manage risk and create jobs Its how weve contributed to supporting the financial stability and growth of communities and economies globally for more than 300 years Through a comprehensive suite of trusted financial market infrastructure services -
