Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager Accounts to manage financial transactions, tax filings, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate will have at least 4-6 years of experience in accounting, including GST, Tax filing, PF, and ESI compliance.
Job Title: Assistant Manager/ Manager- Accounts
Location: Kowdiar, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala
Experience: 4-6 years
Qualification: preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Financial Management:
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and prepare financial statements.
- Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations .
- Ensure accuracy in general ledger entries and financial reporting.

GST & Tax Filing:
- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9/9C) .
- Reconcile input tax credit (ITC) and resolve GST-related issues.
- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and return filings (Form 24Q, 26Q, etc.) .
- Ensure compliance with income tax and corporate tax regulations .

PF & ESI Compliance:
- Process EPF contributions (ECR filing) and employee withdrawals/transfers .
- Handle ESI filings and ensure timely contributions.
- Maintain statutory registers and assist with audits and inspections .
Job Requirements
- Experience:
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager- Accounts, Account Assistant, or in a similar role is preferred.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education:
- Experience: Minimum 4 years in accounting, tax filing, and compliance.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, and MS Excel .
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, and ESI regulations .
- Attention to Detail: Ability to handle financial records with accuracy and compliance .
- Communication: Strong written and verbal skills in English and Malayalam .
