Graphic Designer

SocialPilot is looking for a creative professional to join our team as Graphic Designer. The individual will develop high-quality visuals for digital platforms, including marketing materials, social media campaigns, banners, and ads. The role involves collaborating with teams to understand requirements, generating original design concepts, and ensuring brand consistency. A strong understanding of marketing strategies, target audiences, and industry trends is essential for this role to create engaging and visually appealing graphics. This role is full-time, Ahmedabad Gujarat India. What you will do - Developing high level creative concepts and creating engaging and visually appealing graphics as per the requirements, across digital platforms, including but not limited to marketing collaterals, social media campaigns, banners, ads, storyboarding etc. - Collaborating with different teams to understand the brief provided and create high-quality and engaging visuals as per requirements within given deadlines. - Understanding marketing campaigns, strategies, and brand guidelines, and creating social media posts across various platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.. - Generating original ideas and concepts in tandem with the copywriter - Understanding marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audience - Ideating and executing creative concepts to a brief and / or requirement - Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends - Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand What are you like - 4+ years of experience as a Graphic designer, with an in-house design team or an agency and exposure with B2B brands in the Technology space - Should be well - versed in Adobe Creative Suite, mainly - Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe inDesign and Figma - An impressive design portfolio that demonstrates expertise in graphic designing skills - Experience identifying target audiences and devising effective strategy for the email marketing campaigns - Ability to articulate concepts and rationales in a clear and concise manner - Ability to create vector infographics, logos and should be capable of creating vector illustrations from scratch - Should have a clear understanding of design requirements for different media platforms - Good understanding of color theory, perspective, cultural sensitivity, etc. - Strong sense of design and aesthetics - Should be open to learning and adapting new graphic designing software if required.
