What You'll Do - Deliver patient-centered, trauma-informed, and affirming primary care to a diverse patient population across the lifespan. - Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team of providers, nurses, behavioral health clinicians, and care coordinators. - Champion equity by providing care that respects and affirms the identities, lived experiences, and challenges of each patient. - Participate in clinical quality improvement and contribute to our integrated model of care, which includes HIV services, behavioral health, and gender-affirming care. Who You Are - A MD or DO licensed (or license-eligible) in Massachusetts. - Committed to delivering high-quality, culturally competent care in a fast-paced, community health setting. - Passionate about working with LGBTQIA+ communities, BIPOC patients, and other marginalized groups. - Eager to be part of a progressive organization that blends clinical care with advocacy, research, and education. - At least two years of clinical experience as an NP/PA in community health, public health, or trauma-informed care is highly valued. - Strong commitment to team-based care and an ability to thrive in a mission- and values-driven environment.
