Position : AI and Databricks Engineer Location: Pune/Nagpur, Maharashtra (Onsite) Duration: Full time Shift: US/UK Shift Experience: 5-7 years mandatory Job Description: - Strong experience developing industry grade LLM and Gen-AI applications using Open AI, Anthropic (Claude), or other major providers. - Hands-on experience with Databricks (Spark, Delta Lake, MLflow, Databricks Notebooks, Unity Catalog). - Expertise in Python for building Autonomous Gen-AI solution development. - Proficiency in LangChain, Llama Index, for building agentic architectures. - Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, FAISS) , RAG, ARAG, Big Q, CAG, A/B testing, reinforcement learning etc - Experience integrating LLM systems with APIs and enterprise data sources. - Rich experience with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and their AI/ML services. - Solid understanding of data governance, security, and scalability within Data governance, security, and scalability within Databricks. - Degree in Computer Science or similar major required.
