Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Welder, located in Bengaluru. The Welder will be responsible for performing various welding tasks, including arc welding, TIG welding, and MIG welding. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting blueprints, preparing materials, operating welding equipment, and inspecting finished products for quality. Qualifications - Experience in Arc Welding, TIG Welding, and MIG Welding - Proficiency in general welding techniques and skills - Knowledge of materials used in welding processes - Attention to detail and ability to inspect finished products for quality - Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings - Strong communication and teamwork skills - Experience in industrial welding is preferred - Certification in welding technology or a related field is a plus
