This Position reports to:

Global Sales Operations Manager

Your role and responsibilities:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop end-to-end business intelligence framework for online products and SAAS solutions based on requirements that include recommending an appropriate architecture (on-premises/cloud), analytics, and reporting. Each day, you will evaluate business data to produce meaningful insights and metrics and to identify trends that could improve business performance. You will also showcase your expertise by designing new dashboards using best practices and intuitive visualization.

The work model for the role is: Remote #LI-Remote

This role is contributing to the Measurement and Analytics division in Process Automation business area based out in Bangalore.

You will be mainly accountable for:

- Designing & Delivering Analytics Solutions: Creating, consolidating, and maintaining reports and dashboards aligned with business priorities, ensuring standardization and continuous improvement.

- Generating Business Insights: Analysing data trends, building statistical models, and translating findings into actionable insights that enhance performance and support strategic decisions.

- Ensuring Data Quality & Governance: Conducting validation and consistency checks, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and actively identifying opportunities to improve data accuracy and reliability.

- Engaging & Enabling Stakeholders: Communicating regularly with business partners, documenting processes and solutions, and training teams on effective use of analytics tools and data systems.

- Driving Innovation & Efficiency: Staying current with technology trends, working with analytics and tools teams to optimize data infrastructure, and uncovering new opportunities for business optimization

Qualifications for the role:

- B. E / B.Tech. (CS/EC/EE/ME/IT) or MBA graduate

- 5- 7 years’ experience in Data Analytics and visualization.

- Strong experience in Excel, Visual Basic, SQL database, ETL, Power Query and in developing PowerBI dashboards

- Background in machine learning techniques, Microsoft SSAS (tabulars), Snowflake and Sales support business process is beneficial

- Strong analytics background with good exposure to model development and problem-solving mindset

- Strong communication skills: articulate with the ability to operate and present to Senior Management and key stakeholders, as well as colleagues and support functions
