Role**: Automation Testing (Python, JavaScript) Required Technical Skill Set: Automation Testing(Python, JavaScript) Desired Experience Range: 07 - 10 yrs Location of Requirement: Bangalore We are currently planning to do a Virtual Interview Job Title: Senior Quality Engineer Job Description: Aes testing, role, support role , Test automation, customer support operation, sythetic testing with datadog - Design and implement comprehensive test strategies for systems incorporating predictive or adaptive logic. - Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and tools to support continuous integration and delivery. - Collaborate with developers, product managers, and data specialists to embed quality from ideation through deployment. - Conduct exploratory testing and risk analysis for complex, data-intensive systems. - Monitor and report on quality metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement. - Advocate for best practices in software quality engineering, including test-driven development, shift-left testing, and validation of non-deterministic behaviours. - Stay current with emerging technologies and testing approaches, especially those relevant to intelligent or learning-based systems. Basic Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field—or equivalent experience. - Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a software engineer. - Proven experience in software quality engineering, particularly with systems that evolve based on data or user interaction. - Strong understanding of model validation, data integrity, and performance benchmarking. - Proficiency in test automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript). - Familiarity with testing frameworks and libraries used in data-driven or statistical computing environments. - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset. Preferred Qualifications - Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Expertise in AI/ML testing methodologies, including model validation, bias detection, and performance evaluation. - Familiarity with AI testing tools and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow Model Analysis, MLflow, PyTest). - Knowledge of service standards and technologies, including RESTful APIs and microservices. - Experience with tools such as Git, Jira, Jenkins, GitHub Actions. - Understanding of Agile methodologies and risk management strategies.
