Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurgaon for an Inside Sales and Counselling Professional. The role involves engaging with potential students to provide guidance on career and educational pathways, assisting with the admission process into management and distance education programs, and maintaining excellent client relationships. The professional will also be responsible for achieving sales targets, addressing queries of prospective students, and ensuring they have all the necessary information for informed decision-making. Qualifications - Skills in counseling, determining career paths, and guiding professionals in program selection - Experience in sales, client engagement, and achieving targets - Proficiency in communication, interpersonal relations, and active listening - Ability to work independently on-site in a dynamic environment - Strong organizational and time management skills - Knowledge of higher education systems and relevant admission processes - A bachelor's degree in education, business, or a related field is preferred - Prior experience in the education field or sales is an advantage
