Job Description Description - Assist senior developers in the design and development of custom NetSuite solutions, including scripts, workflows, and integrations. - Learn and utilize NetSuite development tools, such as SuiteScript and SuiteFlow. - Participate in code reviews and testing of NetSuite solutions. - Manage and implement integrations between NetSuite and other business systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation. - Learn and understand NetSuite ERP functionality, including Financials, Order Management, and Customer Relation Management. - Contribute to the maintenance and support of existing NetSuite solutions. - Ensure timely application of system updates, patches and new features to maintain optimal performance. - Conduct system testing for new configurations and integrations, documenting all customizations, processes, and procedures. - Work with business stakeholders to identify areas for process improvements and suggest actionable solutions through NetSuite. - Collaborate effectively with other team members and stakeholders. - Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices, with experience in financial implementation and development. Qualifications: - 3 years of experience with software development & experience in NetSuite development. - Strong understanding of NetSuite modules such as Financials, Order Management and SuiteAnalytics. - Experience with NetSuite integrations using APIs or third-party tools. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder for customizations. - A strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. - Basic understanding of programming concepts and methodologies. - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
