Ltd. is building India’s first tech-first platform for corporate and social event bookings, simplifying the process of discovering, comparing, and booking venues for everything from offsites to conferences to mixers. We focus on operational transparency, accountability, and speed - enabling companies to find the perfect venue while giving venue owners a new channel for qualified, verified leads. We’re a bootstrapped early-stage startup based in Bengaluru - lean, hungry, and growing. Role Overview You will be responsible for onboarding event venues onto the Ventii platform. You’ll identify, contact, and convert venue owners/managers into Ventii partners, ensuring their listings are complete and verified. This is a frontline growth role - you’ll work directly with the founder, understand our product deeply, and help build the supply side of the business from scratch. Responsibilities - Identify and qualify new venues (banquets, hotels, cafés, breweries, resorts, villas, coworking lounges, convention halls, etc.) - Reach out via phone, WhatsApp, or email to explain Ventii’s value proposition - Assist venues in signing up via the Ventii vendor portal and filling in complete details - Verify listings (photos, amenities, pricing) and coordinate with the internal admin team for approval - Maintain and update venue data in Notion daily - Share weekly progress reports with metrics and insights - Suggest process improvements and help refine our onboarding strategy Ideal Candidate - Strong communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi - Hustler mindset - you get things done with minimal supervision - Comfortable with tools like Google Sheets, Notion - Background in sales, event management, or hospitality is a plus - Entrepreneurial, curious, and eager to grow with the company
