ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1 Recruitment And Outreach - Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of applicants - Represent the institution at school college fairs institution visits and other recruitment events to promote institution programs and offerings - Conduct virtual and in-person presentations information sessions and tours for prospective students and families 2 Application Review And Evaluation - Review and evaluate applications including academic records test scores recommendation letters essays and other materials - Assess applicants qualifications and suitability for admission based on established criteria - Coordinate and collaborate with the admissions committee to make informed admission decisions 3 Communication With Applicants And Families - Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students guiding them through the application process - Provide clear accurate and timely information about admission requirements deadlines financial aid options and program details - Respond to inquiries via email phone or in person and follow up with applicants to ensure a positive experience 4 Admissions Process Management - Manage the end-to-end admissions process from application submission to enrollment - Ensure that applications are processed promptly and that each stage of the process is well-documented - Coordinate with other departments e g financial aid academic departments to facilitate a smooth application and enrollment process 5 Data Entry And Record Keeping - Maintain accurate records of applications applicant details and admission decisions in the institutions database - Track and analyze admissions data to identify trends and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts - Prepare regular reports on application statistics demographics and yield rates for management review 6 Admissions Event Planning And Coordination - Plan and execute admissions events such as campus tours admitted student days and orientation sessions - Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless experience for attendees - Engage with students families and faculty to showcase the institution s unique offerings and campus life 7 Collaboration With Marketing And Communications - Work with the marketing team to develop promotional materials social media content and advertising campaigns for recruitment purposes - Assist in creating content for the admissions website brochures and emails to effectively communicate the institution s value and programs - Provide feedback on the effectiveness of marketing strategies and suggest improvements based on applicant responses 8 Advising And Counseling Prospective Students - Counsel prospective students on admission requirements program choices career pathways and campus resources - Advise students on their strengths weaknesses and steps to enhance their applications - Help students and families understand financial aid options and the application process 9 Policy Compliance And Documentation - Ensure that the admissions process complies with all institutional policies and regulations as well as any regional or national standards - Maintain confidentiality and privacy of applicant information in line with data protection laws - Handle documentation including letters of acceptance waitlist notifications and any other required admission correspondence 10 Continuous Improvement Of Admission Strategies - Analyze feedback from applicants and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement in the admissions process - Stay updated on industry trends competitive institutions and changes in educational standards - Propose and implement new strategies or technologies to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of admissions activities Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay From 25 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Leave encashment Provident Fund Work Location In person
