Hiring Trade Processing Specialist Funds Administration Location Bangalore Shift 8 00 AM - 6 00 PM IST Work Mode Work From Office WFO CTC-25K Month-Including PF Insurance Please note-This is a Contract 2 Hire role with one of our reputed MNC Client for 6 months We are seeking detail-oriented and motivated professionals to join our Funds Administration - Trade Processing team This role demands technical excellence process discipline and the ability to deliver accurate outputs within strict timelines Key Responsibilities End-to-end management of Trade Processing and reconciliation activities Ensure timely postings uploads query resolution and stakeholder communication Support migration re-migration of funds and new business onboarding Drive process improvement automation and risk reduction initiatives Provide UAT testing support MIS updates and maintain SOPs process notes Act as backup for Manager when required and ensure compliance with internal controls Requirements Bachelor s Master s degree in Commerce Finance 1-3 years experience in Funds Administration Trade Processing Strong knowledge of Capital Markets Financial Instruments Trade Life Cycle Familiarity with platforms like sICON Geneva Multifonds Markit EDM TLM Excellent knowledge of Accounting Principles Reconciliation processes Strong MS Excel analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Good to Have Additional industry certifications RB usage experience Understanding of E2E Investment Operations A V Benefits PF Insurance Both ways cab facilities available Chance to work with an MNC Chance to get into the permanent role of the company
