This opportunity is exclusively for professionals from the Defence and Aerospace domain with proven expertise in Supply Chain Management (SCM). Requirements Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage the complete spectrum of Supply Chain Management — including procurement, sourcing, logistics, vendor management, and materials planning. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with local vendors within the Defence and Aerospace sector. - Ensure seamless coordination between procurement, production, and logistics to optimize efficiency and cost. - Implement effective sourcing strategies to ensure timely availability of materials and components. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen the SCM function and support business growth. - Oversee compliance with all Defence and Aerospace procurement standards and regulations. Requirements - Proven track record in SCM leadership within the Defence and Aerospace industry. - Experience in local vendor sourcing and procurement specific to the domain. - Stable career history with an average tenure of 4+ years per organization. - Willingness to relocate to NCR/Gurugram. - Open to frequent travel across company plants and vendor sites.
