⭐ WALK-IN DRIVE – Finance Executive / Accountant Experience Required: 4–10Years Location: Mumbai – Andheri West Drive Date: 22nd November | Time: 10 am - 2 pm 🚀 About the Role We are looking for an experienced Finance Executive / Accountant to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate must be skilled in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bookkeeping, GST/TDS, Bank Reconciliation, and Tally ERP. If you are detail-oriented, reliable, and passionate about maintaining accurate financial records — we want to meet you at our walk-in drive. 🔑 Key Responsibilities 🧾 Accounts Management - Process vendor invoices, verify documents, and ensure timely AP payments. - Maintain customer accounts, track receivables, and follow up on outstanding payments. - Prepare and record customer invoices as per statutory and company guidelines. - Track operational expenses, employee reimbursements, and vendor payments. 📘 Bookkeeping & Financial Records - Maintain daily accounting entries and ensure accuracy in Tally. - Perform data entry for receipts, payments, journal entries, and adjustments. - Conduct regular bank reconciliation and resolve discrepancies promptly. - Reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure updated financial statements. 🧮 Taxation & Compliance - Assist with GST filings, TDS calculations, and statutory documentation. - Provide reports and documentation during internal & external audits. - Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulatory frameworks. 📊 Reporting & Coordination - Prepare monthly/quarterly financial summaries and cash flow insights. - Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to resolve finance queries. - Maintain organized, audit-ready documentation for all invoices and vouchers. 💼 Skills & Competencies Technical Expertise - Hands-on experience with Tally ERP / Tally Prime. - Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards. - Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office.
