Job Description Responsibilities - Develop custom applications and forms using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven) to streamline business processes. - Create automated workflows using Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow) to integrate various business processes and systems. - Customize and configure SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, and web parts to enhance user collaboration and document management. - Assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders and translating them into functional and technical specifications. - Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues related to SharePoint and Power Platform solutions. - Collaborate with other developers and team members to ensure solutions meet business needs and align with best practices. - Provide technical support and training to end-users on newly developed solutions. - Create and maintain documentation for technical specifications and user guides. Shift timing: 5pm to 2am (Non-Negotiable) Location: Mohali (Punjab) Requirements Required skills and qualifications - 13 years of experience in SharePoint development and proficiency in the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate. - Understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery, and familiarity with SharePoint Framework (SPFx). - Experience with data integration using REST APIs and native SharePoint connectors. - A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is typically required Preferred qualifications - Experience with Microsoft 365 services like Teams, Power BI, and Azure. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus. Soft skills - Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. - The ability to learn new technologies and work effectively both independently and as part of a team is also important.
