Job Description

- Full life cycle of the IT staffing business:
- Technical recruiting skills with soundtrack record
- Strong ability in identify, cold calling and qualifying candidates
- Understand Understanding requirements, coordinate with the TLs/ Account Manager
- Ensure interview turnout and quality line ups
- Proven client prospects and create proactive pool
- Hands on with active and passive candidate sourcing
- Salary requirements and negotiation
- Should have experience onC2H and permanent positions
- Understanding of strategies to close varied nature of positions as per Client needs
- Knowledge of domain and technology based recruiting
- Schedule candidates for interviews with clients and coordinate with the Account Manager/ TL
- Maintain all documentation using candidate database to track information and hiring metrics
