Job Description Key Responsibilities: - Diagnose, analyze, and resolve complex techno-functional issues in Oracle Cloud Financials (v12+). - Provide expert support for Oracle Financial Modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, IBY, PA, CST, ZX, PSA, and deliver implementation guidance tailored to diverse business needs. - Utilize advanced technical skills (SQL, PLSQL, OTBI/BIP/FRS, FBDI, ADFDI, BPM workflows, ADF Faces, BI Extract for FTP, payment integration, personalization) to optimize customer solutions. - Map product functionality to customer business processes and advise on practical solutions for unique scenarios. - Manage customer communications effectively, assess critical situations, set realistic expectations, and mobilize resources as needed. - Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance operational excellence. - Collaborate with peer teams for issue resolution and knowledge sharing across the organization. - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of system architecture, design, operations, support, and testing activities. - Work in rotational shifts, including evenings and nights.
