Responsibilities
- Design and develop welding and fabrication processes to meet engineering specifications.
- Conduct welding inspections and tests to ensure quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with the production team to optimize fabrication processes for efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve welding-related issues during production.
- Maintain documentation of welding procedures and quality control records.
- Stay updated with the latest welding techniques and technologies.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in welding and fabrication.
- Proficient in various welding techniques including MIG, TIG, and Arc welding.
- Knowledge of welding codes and standards (IS, ASME, AWS).
- Experience with CAD software for creating fabrication drawings.
