About the Role Wise Work is seeking a visionary Gen AI Architect to join our team in Bengaluru. This is a high-impact role where you will drive our enterprise-scale AI strategy, focusing on the architecture and delivery of agentic, autonomous, and orchestrated AI solutions. You will be responsible for creating transformative AI products across diverse enterprise domains (including BFSI and non-BFSI sectors) , with a strong emphasis on building scalable, secure, and ethical AI frameworks that move from concept to production. What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities) - Architect & Deliver: Design and deliver transformative AI products, leading the enterprise LLM/SLM strategy. - Build Agentic Systems: Develop and implement advanced agentic systems, including multi-agent architectures and orchestration patterns. - Lead MLOps & LLMOps: Implement full-lifecycle management for both traditional AI/ML and modern LLM agentic solutions to optimize performance and governance. - Drive Strategy: Align the AI strategy and technology roadmaps with measurable business goals and outcomes. - Democratize AI: Champion the use of low/no-code GenAI platforms to empower both business and technical users. - Enable Teams: Drive the adoption of AI toolkits (like GitHub Co-Pilot) and AI bootcamps to empower employees. - Data Monetization & Engineering: Lead data monetization programs to unlock new revenue streams and help automate the data engineering SDLC for AI/ML models What We're Looking For (Required Qualifications) - Overall Experience: 12-18 years in the Data & Analytics space. - Gen AI Experience: A minimum of 4-5 years in architecting enterprise AI/ML solutions. - Hands-On LLM Experience: 1-2+ years of hands-on experience with LLMs, agentic systems, and enterprise AI platforms. - AI Application Experience: A minimum of 5 years of AI experience, including work on RAG, chatbots, and other Gen AI applications. - Core Skills: Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills. - Technical Foundation: Expertise in designing data and analytics platforms using ETL and BI tools. - Knowledge: Proficiency in ethical AI adoption, MLOps/LLMOps, and data monetization. Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) - Experience in advanced R&D or innovation teams. - Certifications in Responsible AI, Advanced ML, or NLP.
