Job Summary We are seeking a licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our team of mental health professionals The successful candidate will provide assessment diagnosis and treatment of mental health disorders to individuals couples and families The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills a strong commitment to evidence-based practice and the ability to work effectively with a diverse population Key Responsibilities 1 Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments Evaluate patients mental health needs develop treatment plans and provide ongoing therapy services 2 Provide individual couples and family therapy Use evidence-based treatments to address a range of mental health concerns including anxiety depression trauma and relationship issues 3 Develop and implement treatment plans Collaborate with patients to establish treatment goals objectives and interventions 4 Maintain accurate and timely records Document patient progress treatment plans and other relevant information in accordance with organizational policies and procedures 5 Consult with other healthcare professionals Collaborate with physicians social workers and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care 6 Stay current with best practices Participate in ongoing professional development including workshops conferences and peer consultation Requirements 2 Licensure as a Psychologist Current licensure to practice psychology in the state 3 Experience in clinical psychology Minimum of 3 years of experience providing assessment diagnosis and treatment of mental health disorders 4 Strong clinical skills Excellent assessment diagnostic and treatment skills with the ability to work with diverse populations 5 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to communicate effectively with patients families and healthcare professionals Preferred Qualifications 1 Experience working with specific population Experience working with children adolescents adults or older adults 2 Training in evidence-based treatments Training in evidence-based treatments such as CBT DBT or trauma-informed care 3 Bilingual or multilingual skills Ability to communicate in multiple languages 4 Experience with electronic health records Experience with electronic health records such as Epic or Cerner What We Offer 1 Competitive salary and benefits package A competitive salary range comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development 2 Opportunities for professional growth Opportunities for ongoing professional development including workshops conferences and peer consultation 3 Collaborative work environment A supportive and collaborative work environment with a team of mental health professionals 4 Flexible scheduling Flexible scheduling options including part-time or full-time positions ref biojoby com
